15-Day Return Window

At Spontine Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this period.

 

Eligible Return Conditions

•        The product was delivered damaged or broken

•        The wrong item was delivered (different product or scent)

•        The product is defective — spray pump not functioning, leaking bottle, or compromised seal

•        The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging

 

Non-Returnable Items

•        Opened or used perfume bottles (for hygiene and quality reasons)

•        Products returned after 15 days from the delivery date

•        Products without original packaging, box, or seal

•        Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions unless defective

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1.     Contact us within 15 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

2.     Share clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue.

3.     Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and guide you on the return process.

4.     Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.

 

Refund Method

•        Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method or bank account within 3 to 5 business days.

•        COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when raising the return request.

 

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your product for a different scent or variant, we will arrange this at no additional shipping cost, subject to availability. The exchange must be requested within the 15-day window.

 

Return Shipping

For approved returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Spontine Fragrance will cover the return courier cost. We will send a prepaid label or arrange a pickup at our expense.
