SHIPPING POLICY

 

Delivery Charges

Standard shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders below PKR 3,000. Orders of PKR 3,000 or above qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in Pakistan.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

•        Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2 to 3 business days

•        Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta: 3 to 4 business days

•        Other cities and remote areas: 4 to 6 business days

Please note these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier workload, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please ensure the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery. COD orders are subject to a standard processing verification call before dispatch.

 

Online Payment

We accept bank transfers and online payments via major Pakistani banks. Payment confirmation is required before dispatch for prepaid orders.

 

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

Spontine Fragrance delivers nationwide to all cities, towns, and areas of Pakistan.

 

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Photographic evidence of damaged packaging may be required.
